Website privacy
How the website's trial, contact and job application forms handle the details you submit.
What the forms ask for
The trial and contact forms collect the contact details and selections you enter so EGA can respond to your inquiry. Trial requests ask for an age range and experience level; they do not need your child's full name, date of birth or medical information. Please do not send payment details or sensitive personal information through these forms.
The Careers application collects your name, email, phone number, city and ZIP code, the position or positions you are applying for, whether you want full-time or part-time work, the days and time blocks you can work, and your experience working with children. It also asks whether you are at least 16 years of age and, if you are under 16, whether you have a work permit from your school district — Minnesota limits the hours people under 18 may work, so EGA needs this before building a schedule. You can also provide an earliest start date, a desired hourly rate, regular commitments to schedule around, gymnastics experience, your highest level of education, employment history, up to two references, how you heard about EGA and any other comments. Do not include identity documents, Social Security numbers or medical or financial account information.
References are optional, and they are another person’s details, so please ask them before listing them. EGA contacts references only as part of considering your application.
Where your request goes
The website saves inquiries and applications in Cloudflare storage for 90 days and emails them to the EGA office through Resend, the email delivery service EGA uses. You also receive a confirmation email at the address you entered; it repeats only your selections, such as the program or the positions you applied for, not your free-text answers. The office's email may keep its own copy; contact the office about access, corrections or deletion.
Employment applications are also copied into the EGA Hiring Tracker, a Google Sheet held in EGA's own Google Workspace, so that hiring staff can review and score every application in one place. Applications submitted through this website are recorded there alongside those sent through EGA's Google Form. EGA keeps applications on file for one year. Contact the office about access, corrections or deletion of an application.
News emails and how you found us
The trial and contact forms can optionally ask how you heard about EGA, and include an unchecked “Send me EGA news, events and offers” box. EGA records that choice with your request and sends you its news emails only if you ticked the box; every news email has an unsubscribe link. To learn which advertising works, the forms also note the first page you visited on this site, the website that sent you, any campaign tags in that link, and whether you arrived from a Google or Facebook ad.
What is not kept
The form handler does not save your IP address or verification token with your inquiry. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions are not automated. Hosting and other service providers may process technical information when you visit the site.
A short-lived browser receipt lets the confirmation page show the kind of request you submitted. It contains no contact details, application details or message text.
This section describes these website forms. External registration, waiver and donation services handle data under their own practices.
