Enjoy working with children? EGA’s application welcomes interest in front desk, recreational instruction, competitive coaching and other roles, with full-time, part-time and seasonal options.

The application asks for the days and time blocks you can work, your experience with children, your education and employment history, and two references by name, relationship and phone number. Because Minnesota limits the hours people under 18 may work, it also asks whether you are at least 16 and, if not, about a work permit from your school district. Current openings, compensation and schedules are discussed with the hiring team.
