Good to know

Common questions

Do you have gymnastics classes for kids with special needs?

Yes. EGA's Adaptive Gymnastics is built for children 10 and under with variations in ability. Trained instructors tailor each activity to the individual child, and a parent or para participates throughout the class so your child has familiar support on the floor.

What age is adaptive gymnastics for?

Ages 2 through 10. A parent or para participates in class with the child. Because pacing is individualized, placement starts with a conversation rather than an online booking — contact the office and we will talk through what your child needs.

How do we get started in adaptive gymnastics?

Start with a consultation instead of a trial class. Contact the office and we will match your child to a coach and a class time, working at their own pace in a safe, supportive setting.
